When Mr. Andrew MacDonnell came to appraise my house, I not only learned about him, but I also learned about things that I didn’t know before the appraisal. In other words, I learned a lot the day that he came to my house. He asked me a lot of questions. I answered them, he also gave his recommendations to what may happen after the appraisal is completed and sent on. If I had any questions later, after seeing the final appraisal, he was more than helpful and assisted me in anyway possible.
